Welcome to IWFCI
IWFCI is the only Australian Women’s organisation founded in 1992, to establish
international chapters across the Asia Pacific and beyond who understood at
that time the enormity of the importance of engaging with business women on
a global scale.
IWFCI is committed in its role to establish IWFCI branches across the Globe,
expanding opportunities for women to engage in finding lucrative new markets
for their products
This has been achieved through the delivery of powerful business networks
and educational forums, and emerging business women around the world.
With its unique international membership, IWFCI provides us with unrivalled
and consistent influence on developing greater access to Governments
developing their trade policies in response to women in Trade.
IWFCI is at the forefront of promoting women in business, cementing their
role as decision-makers, furthering international cooperation with a focus on
leading them into the future.
IWFCI facilitates Training, business matching and personal introductions, trade
missions, national conferences and an annual International IWFCI “Global
Women’s Trade Summit” for global members hosted by their respective
countries each year.
IWFCI and our International chapter leadership teams; the national presidents
and committee team is committed to the success of its members in providing
them with relevant and excellent services to empowering them to succeed.

The International Women’s Federation of Commerce and Industry (IWFCI) is a non-profit, non-government organization that was formed in 1992 by the founder
Ms Diana Abruzzi in Melbourne, Australia.
The organization was formed to meet the emerging needs of women in business and in recognition of their increasing contribution to the world of commerce, the community and to government.
